Its products mainly include polyester film insulation paper composite materials, polyester film polyester fiber paper composite materials, polyester film polyaramid fiber paper composite materials, and polyimide film polyaramid fiber paper composite materials.

(1) polyester film insulation paper composite material

A layer of polyester film with a thickness of 25um, 36um, and 50um is bonded to a layer of insulating paper (blue shell paper) with an adhesive, and the thickness specification is 0.1 to 0.6 mm. This soft composite material has good electrical properties, high mechanical properties, good tear resistance, and a certain degree of stiffness. It is mainly used for E-class motor slot insulation and end insulation.

(2) polyester film polyester fiber paper composite material (DMD)

It is made of polyester fiber paper with a thickness of 50um, 70um, 100um and polyester film, and the thickness specification is 0.1 ~ 0.45 mm. This composite material has good electrical and mechanical properties, excellent tear resistance and good impregnation. Mainly used as B or F motor slot insulation and end insulation, long-term operating temperature is 130 ℃ or 155 ℃.

(3) polyester film polyaramid fiber paper composite (NMN)

It is made by bonding two layers of polyaramid fiber paper to a layer of polyester film with thicknesses of 25um, 30um, and 50um, with a thickness of 0.2-0.53 mm. The performance of this material is compounded with polyester film polyester fiber paper Similar materials, good heat resistance and good compatibility with insulating paint. Mainly used as F-class motor slot insulation and end insulation.

(4) Polyimide film polyaramid fiber paper composite (NHN)

It is made of polyimide film with polyaramide fiber paper on both sides, and it has thicknesses of 0.2 mm, 0.23 mm, 0.3 mm, and 0.33 mm. This composite material has excellent electrical, mechanical properties and heat resistance. It is mainly used as H-class motor insulation and dry-type transformer insulation, and its long-term operating temperature is 180 ° C.
